About Us
The Founder
Annie Haas SooHoo has two decades in the commercial real estate industry, primarily in investment roles. At the start of her career, Annie was not particularly interested in women’s organizations or other diversity initiatives. Over time, she observed the impact of small actions and biases that impeded diversity efforts across companies and the real estate industry. In her free time, she has been learning about DEI and researching the most impactful diversity efforts in the corporate world. She founded the Coalition for Diversity in Real Estate as a volunteer project to transform the learning to actionable impact. Annie lives in the Chicago area.
